When can you pick up my bags?
You will choose a slot for pickup, usually the evening before or morning of your flight. As we need to see your boarding pass, you must be checked-in online and this opens 36 hours before your flight (24 hours on flights to the USA)
What happens on the day?
We'll check all passengers are present with their passports and boarding passes, seal up your bags in front of you and take them off your hands. Then you enjoy a stress-free trip to the airport.
Can I check in buggies, large suitcases, bike boxes etc?
We'll take anything, from suitcases to prams, golf clubs to bike boxes. Just make sure you are within your Finnair luggage allowance.
How many bags can I take?
We'll take as many bags as you'd like, but make sure you are within your Finnair allowances (number of items, weight and dimensions) so we can check-in the bags for you.
Complete flexiblity
Our service is designed to be completely flexible, from tracking of your bags to cancellations we provide freedom to suit your needs.
Your bags are tracked throughout your journey and we'll send you updates all the way.
You can cancel up to 3 hours before your booked collection, completely free of charge.

Bags are held in a secure CCTV-monitored area between screening and delivery.
Bags are sealed on collection with Tamper Aware Seals and remain sealed until handed to Finnair.
