Frequently asked questions

When can you pick up my bags?

You will choose a slot for pick up, usually the evening before or morning of your flight. As we need to see your boarding pass, you must be checked-in online before we arrive.

What happens on the day?

We'll check that all passengers are present with their passports and boarding passes, seal up your bags in front of you and take them off your hands. You can then enjoy a stress-free trip to the airport.

Can I check-in buggies, bikes and other large items?

We'll take anything, from suitcases to prams, golf clubs to bike boxes. Just make sure that you're within your airline's luggage allowance.

How many bags can I take?

We can take as many bags as you like, but you must make sure that you’re within your airline allowances (number of items, weight and dimensions) so we can check-in the bags for you.

Is bag check-in included in my baggage allowance?

No, you must have allowance with your airline. This service is to pick up your bags from home and save time queuing at the airport.
