Our friendly driver will come to your address at your chosen time to check your ID, seal, secure and collect your bags.

We'll let you know via email and SMS when this is done, and you'll receive digital airline baggage receipts. You travel to the airport hands-free and skip the bag drop queues!
STEP 4
No need to wait for your bags! We’ll collect them from the plane after you land, clear them through Customs if needed, and deliver them to your final destination at your chosen time.

Our door-to-door service is available on selected routes, where we operate in both the departure and arrival airports. To see where we operate, take a look at the map above. Everybody travelling with bags will need to be checked in, and have their boarding passes and passports for the driver to scan when they arrive. Boarding passes can be printed or digital, but we will need to see physical passports.
For most airlines, it’s just the lead passenger on the Airportr booking that needs to be present when we collect the bags. All of your party must be checked in and you must have everybody’s physical passports and electronic boarding passes.
Once we collect the bags from your doorstep and check them in with your airline, you’ll receive an email and SMS. We’ll also send you a personalised tracking link which you can visit anytime to check on the latest status of your bags.
We’ll keep you updated via email and SMS on the status of your bags both during departure and post-arrival, all the way up until we deliver your bags to you in destination.
Yes. After you make a booking, we'll email you a link to a Customs 'e-declaration', where you'll need to confirm your baggage contains only personal, permitted goods. This process takes less than a minute to complete, and your form will be emailed to you for your records. You may be asked to present this to the authorities when clearing Customs.
