Everybody travelling with bags will need to be checked in, and have their boarding passes and passports for the driver to scan when they arrive. Boarding passes can be printed or digital, but we will need to see physical passports.
For most airlines, it’s just the lead passenger on the Airportr booking that needs to be present when we collect the bags. All of your party must be checked in and you must have everybody’s physical passports and electronic boarding passes.

Yes. After you make a booking, we'll email you a link to a Customs 'e-declaration', where you'll need to confirm your baggage contains only personal, permitted goods. This process takes less than a minute to complete, and your form will be emailed to you for your records. You may be asked to present this to the authorities when clearing Customs.
