No, with our Airportr's arrival luggage delivery, you don’t need to be present to receive your bags. You can nominate someone else, such as a hotel concierge or neighbor, to accept them on your behalf. Just make sure to specify the delivery address when booking. You can also update recipient details anytime via the tracking link we send before your bags are collected from the carousel.
We’ll keep you up to date at every step of the way by email and SMS. And we’ll also send you a personalised tracking link so that you can check the status of your bags at any time.
If there’s a significant delay or problem with your flight, we contact our support team and we’ll check if there’s any need to adjust your delivery time.
Yes. After you book your airport arrival baggage service, we’ll email you a link to a Customs e-declaration where you must confirm that your bags contain only personal, permitted goods. This process takes less than a minute, and we’ll email the completed form to you for your records. You may need to present this form to authorities when clearing Customs.
When making an Airportr luggage delivery booking, you will be given a list of delivery slot options, based on the arrival time of your flight, and your delivery location. These will be on the same-day and/or the day after your flight lands.
