No, you can nominate someone to receive your bags such as a hotel concierge. Just make sure you specify where we’re delivering to on the booking. You can update your alternative recipient information via the tracking link that we send to you, until your bags are collected from the carousel.


We’ll keep you up to date at every step of the way by email and SMS. And we’ll also send you a personalised tracking link so that you can check the status of your bags at any time.


If there’s a significant delay or problem with your flight, we contact our support team and we’ll check if there’s any need to adjust your delivery time.


Yes. After you make a booking, we'll email you a link to a Customs 'e-declaration', where you'll need to confirm your baggage contains only personal, permitted goods. This process takes less than a minute to complete, and your form will be emailed to you for your records. You may be asked to present this to the authorities when clearing Customs.


When making a booking, you will be given a list of delivery slot options, based on the arrival time of your flight, and your delivery location. These will be on the same-day and/or the day after your flight lands.
